Q: How do I place an order on Hairz Truly?
A: To place an order on Hairz Truly, simply visit our website, browse through our selection of hair care products, select the items you wish to purchase, and proceed to checkout.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. However, we strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Return & Exchange Requirements:
You must return the merchandise in its original state. Hair that has been worn or used in any way, dyed or bleached, has damaged wefts, length or volume modified, or have any alterations done will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.
Product must be in original packaging.
Must be within the allotted time period of 7 DAYS after receiving merchandise.
Hairz Truly has the right to refuse the exchange of any product if the above conditions are not met.
Customers are responsible for all shipping cost (both the shipping to you and any return shipping to us).
NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED USED HAIR OR RETURNS THAT ARE OVER 30 DAYS OLD.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal value.
No refund of money, all sales are final.
